Ms. Penny L Pricer JD

Ms. Penny L. Pricer, JD, Founding Partner of both PSLA and ICI, has been involved in training, team facilitation, technology and education for over 25 years in corporate and academic settings. She currently serves as the data technologist managing the Tulsa County Court Watch observation collection, summarization, storage and reporting through the Tulsa Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). She also served as a participant and facilitator for the Osage Coordinated Community Response team. 

Her past experiences include IT Project Manager, technology consultant and trainer, Assistant Professor of MIS at the University of Tulsa and Program Director for federally funded programs designed to aid school age youth and adults in their pursuit of post-secondary education.

In her legal representation, Ms. Pricer specializes in contract review and provides said services for individuals, small-to-medium sized businesses,non-profits, and educational entities. Ms. Pricer also has experience in landlord/tenant issues, employment matters, and collections. Additionally, Ms. Pricer served as an editor of the Tulsa Law Review. Ms. Pricer is a member of the Oklahoma, Osage County and Cherokee Nation Bar Associations.

Ms. Pricer supervised the creation the OTT-NOW Community Assessment which has been used by numerous agencies throughout the area. Mr. Pricer and Ms. Hukill recently completed a project for the Oklahoma District Attorneys Council through which six focus groups consisting of sexual assault survivors were asked to share their experience with the criminal justice system as it related to their assault. Ms. Pricer authored the report for these findings which will be used for future presentations to members of the criminal justice system.
